How do I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?

Directly on ThriveCart:

1. Go to https://secure.string.systems/updateinfo/.

2. Enter the email you used to subscribe.

3. Click the link in the email you received.

4. Click Subscriptions and choose "Cancel Subscription". If you're still in the first month/year of your subscription, your subscription may appear under "Trials" instead of "Subscriptions".
