There are several possibilities:
My emails may be getting in your spam folder by mistake. If you are using Gmail you should also check your promotions tab. Move my messages to your inbox to let your email provider know that they are not spam.
You clicked "unsubscribe" in one of the emails you received.
You didn't open my emails in a long time, so the system automatically removed you to protect my account. That's because consistent unopened emails hurt my sending rating and signal ISPs that I may be a spammer, even though I'm not 😀.
I was too busy and haven't sent an email in a while (it happens sometimes).
